☕ Morning fam,
If I could give black America one gift today it would be the gift of critical examination, the ability to think outside the boundaries of Dem imposed, “You ain’t black” group and indoctrination that has sabotaged black progression since the Civil Rights Era. And to subscribe to the doctrine of black empowerment, to stop chasing a bag and understanding we ARE the bag. And finally the courage to build and reap the fruits of our own labor.
It’s mindboggling that after all our lived experience since, these gifts are considered radical. And pie in the sky.. by black leaders, black academia, black clergy and black celebrity… all whose allegiance is to the party of slavery, the Klan and Jim Crow.
