Yesterday American democracy and justice were exposed on the world stage when the special prosecutor ruled Joe Biden ‘willfully retained and disclosed classified materials’ and engaged in practices that ‘present serious risks to national security’. TRANSLATION: He stole classified documents and put the nation at serious risk. There is no whataboutism.
Biden as Senator and later as VP did not have the authority to have classified documents in his possession. Periodt.
The fact that he did regardless of how or why makes him guilty. Doesn’t matter if he later alerted authorities or cooperated after the fact, he did not have authority to have them. Period. Dot.
The only reason he did not get criminally charged is because he has been deemed unfit to stand trial, the characteration of the special prosecutor who is not a mental health professional.
