Things are baaaaaaaaad, worse than ever in our lifetimes and will get worse. What we’ve experienced thus far is just the tip of the iceberg. Our government is corrupt, everything they do is for show.
The big ordeal made about the spending bill just passed was just for show. For all we know the money was allocated months ago and the vote was really about censoring speech by adding a provision that banned Tik Tok and gave the government unmitigated power to censor dissent und the guise of fighting mis/disinformation/hate speech, all protected speech under the Constitution.
Every since the 2020 election we’ve lived under an authoritarian, totalitarian and fascist regime that weaponized government, strongarmed social media and censored/canceled dissent and anyone that questioned their narratives about the election, covid or the vaxx. And now that truths that were labeled conspiracy theories have been proven true, the same people that lied are clamping down, tightening the vice and covering their asses under the guise of saving democracy and fighting domestic terrorism.
And cloaking it all in virtue.
