And fam I’m here to tell you everything is worse than when we took to the streets. From regional leadership down. Progressive leadership exacerbated every issue we’re dealing with. Kim Gardner alone, single handedly sabotaged justice for thousands of victims. And Wesley Bell continues to work in the interests of whoever is lining his pockets.
Electing those out of the protest movement has been a huge disaster. John Muhammad was recently released from federal prison for corruption and bribery. Bruce Franks who resigned here in scandal is currently under investigation in Arizona where he moved his grift. Cori Bush is under investigation for misusing campaign funds.
Orgs and clergy given millions with zero metrics or accountability to solve problems, not surprisingly produced no results.
Instead of progress, we get more ‘representation’, more black faces worse than those they replaced.
